1. Goals

Kredkowo.com is a website, which allows all registered users to build and share a virtual gallery of their artwork. On regular basis competitions with prizes are organised. The key goal of Kredkowo.com is to encourage children and parents to develop themselves through painting, drawing and any other type of artwork.

2. Content

All registred users, who publish pictures of artwork, accept the requirement that they should only publish artwork they created or own. In case this requirement is broken, Kredkowo.com is not responsible for any legal consequences and all claims should be directed to the appropriate user. All users who publish pictures of artwork, for which they do not own rights, can be removed from Kredkowo.com

The technology behind Kredkowo.com and all graphical elements of the website are owned by Kredkowo.com and copying, distributing or modifing them without an agreement from Kredkowo.com is not permitted.

3. Competitions

Kredkowo.com on regular basis organizes different types of competition for all registered users. It is necessary to be a registered user to participate and having published at least one picture of artwork aligned with the competition rules. Each artwork submitted to a competition can be rated by all registered users, besides the author, only during dates of a competition, which will be stated in the rules for each individual competition. Each user can only once vote for each picture. The administrators of Kredkowo.com have a right to remove any artwork from a competition if it does not follow the competition rules. The winners of each competition will be contacted and explained how the prizes will be delivered.

4. Personal data

All personal data provided during or after registration are stored on Kredkowo.com servers and will never be shared with any third parties without confirmed user agreement.
